Frequency Drop of Hydraulic Breaker And Solutions:
The main reasons for the decrease in the frequency of hydraulic breakers are the insufficient pressure or flow of the hydraulic system, the looseness of the iron rod, the wear of the hydraulic sealing parts, the pollution of the hydraulic oil, and the failure of the safety valve.
Check the oil pump of the hydraulic breaker. Adjust the oil pressure and flow that is too high or too low in order to control the hammer head of the excavator; check the oil circuit of the hydraulic breaker to prevent the pipeline from being blocked, thereby affecting the impact frequency of the hydraulic breaker ; Replace the worn parts and tighten the drill rod so as to fix the drill rod.
Strength Reduction And Solutions:
Due to the leakage of the oil circuit and the insufficient formation of bolts controlled by the hydraulic breaker, the oil circuit of the hydraulic breaker is blocked, and the oil temperature of the hydraulic breaker is too high, which will reduce the impact force and impact stroke of the hydraulic breaker. Insufficient, the overall performance of the hydraulic breaker is reduced. Check or adjust the hydraulic system and nitrogen pressure; if the sealing performance of the parts is insufficient, the components can be ground or replaced, and the hydraulic lines can be cleaned.
